A Virtual Fitting can happen when you cannot physically come into the store to be fitted. After arrangements are made, we call you via Facetime or Skype. We understand this process of a fitting can feel very confronting, this is why we have set up a private room so that it is only a one-on-one consultation.
Big Girls Don't Cry Anymore has been fitting women for the past 27 years and we have experience with all ages, abilities and sizes. During the call, you may hear background noise from customers or staff, however no one other than yourself and one of our professional fitters will be in the room. We use headphones to talk to you, so your voice will not be heard by the rest of the store or staff and all of your information is kept private and confidential.
How do I do a Virtual Fitting?
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 or, Form, Phone, FaceTime (or Skype)
FORM - You simply fill out the Online Form on our website at www.brastogo.com.au/virtual-fittings
PHONE - Once we’ve reviewed your online form request, we’ll give you a quick call to organise the details so potentially book you in. Sometimes we can even help you over the phone before a face-to-face phone call!
FACETIME (OR SKYPE) - When the date and time of your appointment arises one of our highly trained Fitters will call you, via the number or IDs you’ve provided, from our specially designed Virtual Fitting room. The Fitter will then run you through the fitting process.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Do I have to take my shirt off? We understand the fitting process can feel very confronting, this is why we have set up a private room so that it is only a one-on-one consultation. But yes, when you’re with the Fitter, and when you are comfortable you can remove your top and leave your bra on. We will ask you to stand and rotate so we are able to see the full fitting of the bra.
Can I get a Virtual Fitting anytime I want? Currently our hours for the Virtual fittings are as follows (QLD TIME). We will be looking at either extending these in the future. If these times do not suit you currently please let us know and we will see how we may be able to help.

How long does a Virtual Appointment take? Like an in-store fitting it can vary, we recommend allowing 30 minutes for the appointment although it may take longer or be shorter in time.
Will the Virtual Fitting cost me? We do not charge for any fittings, if you choose to purchase a bra/s prior to, or after the Virtual fitting, this will be your only cost. Our goal is always to ensure that we find the customer the best possible fitting and new bra wardrobe.
What if I don’t have FaceTime or Skype? You can download Skype to your computer, phone or tablet device very easily. All you need is an internet connection.
